1. PROMOTION OVERVIEW
Taylor & Associates (“T&A,” “Sponsor”) may host multiple promotional campaigns (“Promotions”) throughout the year, including giveaways, sweepstakes, and limited-time offers (collectively referred to as “Promotions”).
Each Promotion will have its own specific details, including entry period, prize structure, and participation requirements. By participating in any Promotion, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and any additional terms outlined in the applicable Promotion announcement.
2. ELIGIBILITY

The following individuals are not eligible:

- Tagging other users
- Submitting a form or contact information through a landing page
- Signing up for email communications
Unless otherwise stated:
- Limit one (1) entry per person per Promotion
- No purchase is necessary to enter or win
- Automated, bot-generated, or fraudulent entries will be disqualified
4. PROMOTION PERIOD
Each Promotion will clearly state its start and end date (“Promotion Period”) within the official announcement.
Entries must be received within the Promotion Period to be eligible.
5. WINNER SELECTION
Winners (“Potential Winners”) will be selected either:
- Randomly from all eligible entries, or

Selection will typically occur within a reasonable timeframe after the Promotion Period ends.
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
6. WINNER NOTIFICATION & VERIFICATION
Potential Winners will be notified via:

Winners must respond within seventy-two (72) hours of notification.
Failure to respond, provide required information, or comply with these rules may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.

Prizes may include, but are not limited to:

- Promotional credits
- Service-related benefits or consultations
- Other items or experiences described in the Promotion
Additional terms:
- Prizes are non-transferable
No substitutions except at Sponsor’s discretion - Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) will be disclosed where applicable
T&A reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
8. TAXES & PRIZE CONDITIONS
Winners are solely responsible for any applicable taxes related to the prize.
Acceptance of a prize may require:
- Identity verification
- Completion of required documentation
By accepting a prize, winners grant T&A permission to use their name, likeness, or testimonial for marketing purposes, where permitted by law.
9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
By participating, entrants agree:
- To release and hold harmless Taylor & Associates and its affiliates from any claims arising out of participation or prize use
- That T&A is not responsible for:
- Lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries
- Technical issues or platform failures
- Unauthorized intervention or fraud
This Promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, or Meta.
10. GENERAL CONDITIONS
T&A reserves the right to:
- Cancel, modify, or suspend any Promotion
- Disqualify any entrant who violates rules or attempts to manipulate the process
- Void entries that are incomplete, fraudulent, or submitted through prohibited means
Any attempt to undermine the integrity of the Promotion may result in legal action.
11. DISPUTES
All disputes related to these Promotions will be:
- Resolved individually (no class actions)
- Governed by the laws of the State of Arizona
Jurisdiction will lie in the appropriate state or federal courts located in Arizona.
